Description: OBJECTIVE: To create a common platform where, teachers and parents come together to discuss student’s performance and to discuss the new elements that they are going to deal with in the coming semesters. A parents-teachers’ meeting was held on 24th June, 2022 for second year BSW from 11.00 am onwards. Parents were informed prior regarding the meeting. As the meeting was conducted for both A and B batch about 95 students’ parents/guardian joined the meeting. The meeting was commenced with a melodious prayer song by the students, which was followed by the welcome address of Dr. Jobi Babu, HoD of BSW Programme, School of Social Work. And then, Dr. Sibi Joseph, Director of Scholl of Social Work addressed both parents and students by sharing his ideas regarding the batch and experiences. The principal’s address was delivered by Dr. Ajimon George, Principal i/c, Marian College Kuttikkanam, Autonomous. Then Fr. Joseph Ponganthanath, Administrator, Marian College Kuttikkanam, Autonomous addressed the audience. The Fr. Akhil P Joseph, Assistant Hostel Director, Marian College Kutikkanam addressed the audience regarding the hostel affairs. At last, the entire faculty were summoned to the stage to give their introductions. The faculty included, Fr. Akhil P Joseph, Dr. Justin P J, Akshaya S, Anithamol Babu, Amritha V S, Balu P Pillai, Dr. Jobi Babu. Dr. Jusin P J took incharge as the faculty supervisor/ class teacher of A batch and Ms. Akshaya S as the faculty supervisor of B batch.
