Description: ORGANISATION VISIT REPORT Date: 16/08/2022 Time: 11.45 AM As part of the Legal Information for Social Work Practice course, the students of 2nd Year BSW A Batch of Marian College Kuttikanam visited the Peermade Civil Court on 16th August 2022 at 11.45 am under the guidance of Ms Akshya and Mr Aditya Kumar, Faculty Members of School of Social Work, Marian college Kuttikanam (Autonomous) and also under the guidance of Taluk Legal Service Authority.When the team arrived at the Peermade Court, Mr. Santhosh (Clerk of the Court) gave an orientation about court functions, types of different courts, and types of cases and showed us the structure of the court, what are the things that happen in the court, the responsibility of the magistrate regarding the case of the matters. Also, the students got an opportunity to see the procedure taking place in the Magistrate Court. Lastly, we took the photos and returned back to college.
